For the next few auctions in 2022 there will not be any buyers premium added to the final auction winning bid.

All items in any auction lot are sold as a lot and cannot be split up.

All wining items are sold with no refund unless the description is completely wrong as to the actual item(s) being auctioned. Just deciding you no longer want it will not be an acceptable reason for return.

All items being auctioned and won can be paid for by Credit Card (through Stripe), Money Order or Wire Transfer. All credit card payments will be charged a 3% fee.

All items will be shipped by USPS or UPS/Fed Ex (ammunition must go by UPS / Fed Ex) all other items will be shipped by USPS with tracking.

All guns Laws will be followed, Hi-Capacity Magazines will only be shipped to addresses where they are legal within the US, all foreign buyers must know their own countries laws.

All won auctions will have the appropriate tax for each State added onto the total which will then be forwarded to the Tax Collections Office of each State. Outside of the US there will not be an added taxes.

If you win more than 1 auction, all the items will be grouped and shipped together with 1 shipping cost.
