2 original WW2 45 Automatic Ammunition Boxes complete and manufactured by The Remington Arms Company in Bridgeport CT. The first is the early version with 20 Cartridges per Box, these were packed with 1000 per cardboard box then 2 boxes in a wooden crate holding a total of 2000 Cartridges. The second is the mid war box with 50 Cartridges per Box which where then packed 600 per tin and 2 tins per wooden crate with a total of 1200 cartridges. The WW2 50 round boxes are very rare from Remington, I believe they were occupied with Lend Lease Production with little ability to produce very little for US Army consumption, you will note the label on the box is a copy of the one used on the 20 round box.
Both are Labeled with the Manufacturer Remington Arms Corporation and Titled: PISTOL BALL CALIBER .45 M1911, both are complete with original cartridges, the 20 round box is in un-issued condition, the 50 round box has been repaired but is complete, both are double shrink wrapped.
