Original mid war Frankford Arsenal .45 Caliber High Pressure test ammunition box complete but missing the top flap of the box (20 round cartridge box). A very hard to find box of ammunition only sent to the factories or repair centers to test the weapons’ and “proof” them for use. LOT F.A. 65 and head stamped FA 42 (1942). Box shows some wear and soiling but is solid and has all the original ammunition, shrink wrapped to help protect the box.
