Original un-dated (1928/1929) Sporting Goods Catalog from the P.Von Frantzius Company in Chicago, Illinois. He was one of a few Sporting Goods Dealers who also sold firearms, the Thompson Submachine Gun being one of them. He along with 1 or 2 other companies were supplying guns to the Chicago underworld, it was determined the 2 Thompson’s used in the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre were sold and ended up with the criminal organization who committed the Gangland Murder in 1929 by Peter Von Frantzius. Complete in good condition with 96 pages plus covers, featuring a quarter page Thompson Advertisement on page 82 with lots of details and pricing on the gun and accessories.
