Original 1895 document from the Thompson family, it has been signed by Mr. Joh T. Thompson in 2 places. The document is 1 large page folded to make it 2 pages and has been notarized as well. The document is a typed application for previous Family Members to be given Membership into the Society of Colonial Wars, it has family names and details going very far back. This document was submitted by Mr. Thompson himself, they were are done in duplicated when prepared for submission.
