Lot 045 – WW2 (Early) 1928 Thompson Submachine Gun Firing Pin, Spring, Hammer and Pin – (S) Savage

WW2 early production in 1940 of a Savage 1928 Thompson Submachine Gun Nickeled Firing Pin and Spring plus a bright blued Hammer and Pin, both the Firing Pin and Hammer are stamped S – Savage / Stevens. Very shortly after the first production of the Savage 1928 Thompson Submachine Gun, it was decided to stop the nickeling of parts and the bright blued finish of parts, and everything got the dark blued / black military finish for the remainder of the war production. All parts are used in very good condition.
