WW2 20 Round Thompson Magazine in very good condition and engraved on the side (by hand – rough) is a C Broad Arrow which is the official Canadian Army Marking. This type of engraving has been seen on a number of WW2 items, one of which is the Thompson Tool to measure Firing Pin Depth Gauge which when sent to Canada were all engraved with the exact same design in the same way by hand.
This magazine is manufactured by SW CO. – Sparks-Withington Company in Jackson, MI. who won a contract to manufacture 1.3 million 20 round magazines, it is in NOS un-issued condition.
