Lot 098 – WW2 1928 / M1 Thompson Submachine Gun Rear Sight and Rivets – Un-Issued

WW2 manufactured 1928 / M1 Thompson Submachine Gun Rear (non-adjustable) Sight, early style with no aperture protection manufacturer stamped: LYMAN. These were first used on the very last WW2 manufactured 1928 Thompson Submachine Guns then added on to the M1 Model, followed by a new design rear sight with a protected aperture for the M1A1 model. In un-issued condition with some scratches from being around since WW2 and 4 NOS un-used original rivets to attach the sight to the Thompson Submachine Gun. The sight still has the depot tag but the text is no longer on the tag.
