Lot 160 – WW2 Magazine & Poster Paper Grouping (3) Thompson

WW2 Paper Grouping with a Paratrooper Theme (3), first item is a WW2 period magazine – The Saturday Evening Post dated 1942 with a US Paratrooper on the cover with a 1928 Thompson loaded with a 50 round drum magazine, magazine is complete and in very good condition measuring 10.5 inches by 13.5 inches approximately,  but sadly the address label was placed over the soldiers head, probably could be carefully removed with heat. The second item is another magazine titled – Air News also dated 1942 with a photo of a Paratrooper on the cover in front of his plane with a 1928 Thompson loaded with a 50 round drum magazine, the magazine is complete and measures 10.5 inches by 13.5 inches approximately in very good condition. The last being a reproduction copy of a WW2 War Bonds Poster with “the 3rd War Loan is On   BUY BONDS HERE”  written on it, it has been folded in 4 and is in excellent condition, would look very good framed and will make a nice display with the 2 magazines.
