WW2 Pennsylvania State Guard Grouping (3), the first item being the Standard 1928A1 Thompson Manual FM 23-40, printed by the Government Printing Office in Washington, DC. this is the basic manual dated Dec 31, 1941. In excellent condition and ink stamped on the cover – PENNA. STATE GUARD HDQS. 3RD BN 1ST INF. ARMORY, BROAD AND WHARTON STS PHILLA 47, PA it also has an additional stamping – 644th Engineer Battalion (combat) not sure who got the manual first. The second item is a (PSG) Pennsylvania State Guard Marksman Shooting Medal with a TSMG and Carbine bar in excellent condition. The last item is a Pennsylvania State Guard Should Insignia Patch in NOS un-issued condition. Very nice Thompson related Soldiers Grouping in very good condition.
