Early WW2 Thompson 1928 Buttstock Slide Assembly and Buttplate Set numbered 3526 in good used condition. Savage Arms Corporation of Utica, NY. who produced the first 1928 Thompson’s using the Colt 1921 Thompson’s as a guide followed their lead and hand fitted the metal to each buttstock, they numbered both the wood and the metal for reassembly after the metal was finished.
