Lot 206 – WW2 Thompson M1 TM 9-215 Manual + C1 Amendment

WW2 Thompson M1 Manual plus Amendment C1 which has been pasted in the rear of the manual on the inside of the back cover. Manual is titled – RESTRICTED   WAR DEPARTMENT   TECHNICAL MANUAL   THOMPSON SUBMACHINE   GUN, CAL. .45 M1   OCTOBER 10, 1942 . This is the only US Government printed manual (Printed at the Raritan Arsenal) for the M1 Thompson, it had such a short life that all the other later manuals printed were for the M1A1. The same thing for the training centers, typically cover the 1928A1 Model or the M1A1 Model, very rare to find one covering the M1 only. With 52 pages plus cardstock covers measuring 6 inches by 9 inches approximately in very good condition with some soiling on the covers and hand written on the back cover – TM9-215-3.
