1) All bidders must register to participate in auctions and any bidder who participates in the auction agrees to the terms and conditions of sale and agree to be bound by same.

2) A buyers premium will not be included in the 2022 auctions so the final hammer price is the price paid plus shipping and applicable taxes.

3) The Sales Tax is based on the ship to address, at this time, pick up of items is not possible. Sales tax will not be charged to Foreign customers.

4) Sales tax is required to be collected and remitted in all states except the following:
States with no sales tax: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.

5) To establish a tax free sale, a copy of a valid reseller’s permit or other instrument or information establishing a sales tax exemption, as required
by the applicable state, must be provided to our satisfaction.

6) Foreign bidders must know their countries rules and regulations for the items won, we will not alter customs documents on the items shipped.

7) Shipping will be added to the auction lot(s) won and multiple winning items will be packaged together to save shipping costs.

8) Shipping will be through USPS (Postal Service) or UPS / Fed Ex (for ammunition). All items will be shipped with a tracking number.

9) All rules apply to sales of ammunition and High Capacity Magazines into any states which will not allow them.
High Capacity Magazines cannot be shipped to: CA, CO / CT / IL / MA / MD / NJ / NY / VT
Ammunition will not be shipped to: CA / CT / IL / MA / NJ / NY (Customers must be 18 years of age or older).

10) Payment for winning bids will be handled through Stripe using Visa or Mastercard or can be paid by Money Order. All foreign bidders must pay by
credit card.

11) All payments must be made in full and within 10 days of close of auction.

12) All sales are final with no returns unless the item is not as described (item is completely different than advertised).
